Work Station/Website Ecosystem

You have received a laptop in which you can use to work from home. If you have any issues with your laptop, please contact the resident IT guy (which happens to be Max at [email protected] right now). He can likely solve your problems remotely (unless it is a hardware issue). You can also reach him at extension 114 on your phone if he doesn’t happen to be at the office. A spare power source should have been left on your desk. If it wasn’t, please let Max know!

Our website ecosystem has grown over the years. Here is a current breakdown of what we have:

  • flfe.net
    • Our front-facing website which provides information and the ability for people to sign up.
  • ccp.flfe.net
    • Our customer control panel which allows for people to log in and turn their service on and off. It also allows them to add/change credit cards, change their address/phone number, and cancel their subscription. They can also apply their PIF (Pay-It-Forward) and access their referral partner resources from here, if they so happen to be a referral partner.
  • wiki.flfe.net
    • Where we store our information on how to carry out your job. Helpful resources like email templates can also be found here. The most up-to-date information on how things are done are to be found at this job. If you are looking for something and can’t find it let us know, The wiki is a work in progress.
  • training.flfe.net
    • Where you are doing your course right now!
  • tm179.infusionsoft.com
    • This is where you will do the majority of your heavy lifting. It is where all of our customer contact information is stored.
  • office.com
    • This is where you will access your email/OneDrive if you are not using the desktop applications.

If these sites are not bookmarked, I would recommend doing so to ensure that you have easy access to all of them. You will need it.

There are a couple of other sites/pieces of software that are important:

  • smartvoice.shawbusiness.ca
    • This is where we administrate our phone system. Useful, because oftentimes we will have different people being the first point in contact in our business.
  • Google Maps/Earth
    • You will use this to check properties.
  • Zoom/Vsee
    • We use both of these (desktop) pieces of software for conferencing. You will have a personal (unpaid) account and the organization has two paid accounts (for Zoom) which are used to schedule team meetings.
    • vsee is used primarily for communicating with management
  • BitDefender
    • It’s our antivirus software. We use it to stay malware/spyware/virus free. It seems to do the trick, but a healthy dose of caution is always the best cure!
